Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method is yours to use.

Product descriptions and pricing

Petlivo works to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Errors happen. Petlivo reserves the right to correct errors, update prices, and refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Where an order is cancelled for a pricing error, Petlivo issues a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Petlivo accepts the offer when the order is shipped, not when payment is taken. Petlivo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is handled per the Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the package is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
