Petlivo shipping policy

Petlivo ships to addresses inside the United States. Most orders process within 1 to 3 business days, then arrive within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Tracking is provided by email once the order leaves the warehouse.

Processing time

Orders place Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Mountain Time enter processing the same day. Orders place after that cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, enter processing the next business day. Processing covers payment verification, inventory check, packing, and label generation.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery time depends on the destination state and the carrier load at the time of shipping. Petlivo passes no shipping surcharge to the customer beyond what the carrier publishes.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping rates calculate at checkout based on order weight, destination ZIP code, and any free-shipping promotion active at the time. The exact cost is shown before payment.

Where Petlivo ships from

Petlivo products ship from fulfillment partner warehouses. Many products ship from international warehouses to keep prices accessible to a wide range of customers. We are transparent about this. The product page describes the product and the warehouse network handles the logistics.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is sent by email within 1 to 3 business days of order placement. Click the link in the email to follow the package. If no tracking email has arrived after 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then email support@petlivo.net with your order number.

Address changes

Address changes are possible only before the order ships. Email support@petlivo.net within 12 hours of placing the order with the corrected address. Once a label is generated, the address cannot be changed.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, or the carrier marks the package lost, email support@petlivo.net. We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once the investigation closes.

Failed delivery

If the carrier marks the package as undeliverable (wrong address, refused at door, unclaimed), Petlivo will reship to a corrected address at no charge once the package returns to the warehouse, or refund the order minus the shipping cost. The customer covers any reshipment surcharge from the carrier.

International shipping

Petlivo ships to the United States only at this time. International expansion is on the roadmap. Sign up for the newsletter at the footer of any page to hear when new markets open.
